The Harmonic yoga holiday gives you the opportunity to surrender to the full Harmonic experience: discover, feel pampered, relax and enjoy whilst taking part in as few or as many of Harmonic's yoga classes and other activities as you wish.

We have personally selected a range of great accommodation either on site or a short walk from Harmonic to suit your budget and style.

What would your day include?
An optional morning yoga class
A delicious brunch whilst taking in the breathtaking views of Patnem and the Arabian Sea
Time to relax: choose to have a swim and unwind on a sun lounger within the Harmonic grounds; have a rejuvenating treatment; or simply go for a wonder and discover the local area
An optional second class in yoga, dance, group healing, meditation or anything else in the eclectic mix on offer during your time here
Evenings are free for you to explore as you wish

Included in the price is accommodation, a confirmed place in two classes a day, a delicious substantial brunch at our onsite café as well as a Harmonic Retreat manager who will be on hand to make sure you get the most out of your retreat, Patnem Beach and the surrounding area.
