In this workshop, you’ll explore how your thoughts create your reality, and that by changing old thought- and feeling patterns, you can create the life you want. Lauren Manning BA(Hons), HDipEd, MBChA-MSSCh, MIPTI, Dip(Nutrition) Lauren first heard of Louise Hay way back in the 80’s, whilst studying Psychology. What Louise wrote resonated so closely to her own understanding and belief system of the inter-connectedness of illness or disease and the mental or emotional states of the person concerned, that it was quite un-nerving, as well as very exciting. In fact, after school Lauren had briefly considered going into Medicine, but this very belief system had held her back – and was the inspiration to study Psychology. It took about two decades to eventually train in Louise’s philosophy, by which time she had been working in the field of holistic healing and Yoga for more than 10 years. In accordance with Louise’s philosophy, Lauren sees 'health' as so much more than simply the absence of disease, but believes true health is the ability to Live Life deeply: to Laugh; to Dance; to Love - and to be Loved; to be completely Free to be You, - knowing that who you are is already Perfect.
